WhAT WE DID

Bunker is situated on Lake Te Koutu in Cambridge. This site was a concept design & build.

 

Area: 160 sqm

Location: Cambridge

Date: August 2020

Local history influenced the interior style of this cafe – secret fuel bunkers that were hidden around Lake Te Koutu in WW2 lead to the Bunker theme. A brutalist interior softened by an earthy colour palette and pulling from mess hall style dining. Vintage touches in lighting & wall features pay homage to our war history.
